1. Agreement
By accessing www.woxox.com or using Woxox Business OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Woxox on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Woxox provides a Business Operating System and related modules (customer, people, finance, operations, documents, communication, AI, and platform services). Features may vary by plan. We may update the product to improve security, performance, and compliance.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, admin users, and activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that pose security or legal risk.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, spam, host unlawful content, or infringe others' rights.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at checkout or via enterprise agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing. Taxes may apply.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of customer and business data you submit. You grant Woxox a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
Woxox software, branding, and documentation remain our property (or our licensors'). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woxox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you to Woxox in the twelve months before the claim.
